Indvidual session: online support available now

Support groups aren't for everyone and can be a little overwhelming at first.  If you'd prefer to talk to someone 'one to one', in confidence, we can offer an online session with one of our trained volunteers. Zoom is user friendly, effective, and we can talk any time. We also offer sessions on Skype, Facebook Messenger video and WhatsApp. Please call us on 0800 273 222 or contact us to arrange a call. You're not alone. We're here to help.
