Copy of Head High hat100x161.JPGAuckland- based business Head High offers a wide, stylish range of original and practical head wear for women, men and children experiencing hair loss.

Business partners Kate and Caroline have had a personal association with Copy of Head High hat291x129.JPGcancer and wanted to create a range of headwear that was stylish, comfortable and affordable for people of all ages experiencing hair loss.

They offer a personalised service where customers can make an appointment to visit them on Auckland's North Shore to try on the hats in a comfortable homely environment or purchase directly from their website . They are also happy to try and colour match for a specific outfit.

Head High is a Ministry of Health approved “headwear for hair loss” provider and can assist if you are eligible for their service payment.

About Caroline and KateCopy of CarolineKateHeadhigh.JPG
Caroline and Kate are both Mums who started this business because they feel passionate about what they are creating. They hope Head High can provide alternative headwear options.

Caroline suffered hair loss in 2009 and understands from personal experience how difficult it can be to lose your hair and wear either a wig, hat or scarf on a daily basis for 6 months. At the time she found very few examples of headwear that were soft, comfortable and fitted her head snugly without the possibility of blowing off.

She also found it embarrassing to try hats on in shops so decided to do something about it once she finished her treatment.

Caroline joined up with her good friend Kate, an experienced seamstress, to provide a solution for other people going through this difficult phase in their life.
